2012 Show Schedule
The TAC Art Gallery will host 5 Member Artists shows during 2012 with a monthly featured art mini-show.
Gallery Policy
We value our artists. Our goal is to support our local artists by providing them an opportunity to show their work and ideas. We also want to expand the viewer’s education and appreciation of art by observing and talking with the artists.
Artists must be a paid up member of the Teton Arts Council to exhibit. We will include all work submitted as space allows. If we have to limit submissions, we will use the following as guidelines:
1. We will exhibit fewer pieces of each artist to enable us to show more artists' work.
2. Is the art must be ready to hang? We have a chain-based hanging system. Pieces must have a hook or eyelet on both sides of the piece, approximately ¼ of the way down.
3. What is the involvement of the artist? Does he or she attend the “Meet & Greet” openings? Do he or she volunteer at TAC events? Your overall involvement will favor your art showing in the gallery.

New Art Center
The Teton Arts Council is developing a plan for land improvement around the existing Arts Center on Rodeo Drive, Driggs. The land is currently unimproved area but could be so much more. The view of the Grand Teton is tremendous! Our goal for the land improvement will include an outdoor art park with space to hold gatherings, outdoor workshops, and small events. We would love to hear from our Members! Look for invitations to come out this summer and tell us what you think.
Our Sponsors
Many of the programs offered by The Teton Arts Council would not be possible without the generous support of our sponsors. We greatly appreciate your support and participation.
We are equally grateful for the countless members of our community that have stepped up to the plate to volunteer time, talent, and sometimes a little money of their own.
Our Mission
The mission of the Teton Arts Council is to develop, nurture, and celebrate our cultural life through education, performances, exhibitions, and community opportunities.
In 2007, we started the volunteer Resident Artists Program to plan, organize and execute the art programming. These volunteers are well-respected artists who give back to the Artist Community by ensuring that the arts classes and workshops continue to offer compelling and relevant education opportunities. If you are interested in volunteering as a Resident Artist, please contact the Board Chair by sending email to info@tetonartscouncil.com
