I, the undersigned, voluntarily, and having been informed of the nature of the program provided through the Teton Arts Council, acknowledge the potential risks encountered through this program and assume full responsibility for all risk resulting from my/my child’s participation. I hereby release the Teton Arts Council and the Board of Directors, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all causes of action for personal injury and/or property damage resulting from my own or my child’s participation in the program.
